Girls these days are going to continue getting played, and kay slayed if they don't get a good set of morals to live by. STOP opening your legs to people who you are not in a serious COMMITTED relationship with PLEASE, you'll just end up getting hurt I tell you! That is all.

I see you boo

My boo Ricky seems to be dating.I'm  not mad at him though shes pretty.

Relationships? I think you should wait for it

At least until your early twenties

Nowadays people are already in "committed" relationships by the time they are in junior high school. I put committed in quotes because I doubt that at such a young age the two people in the relationship are 100% committed to one another. Being tied down at such a young age is very burdensome. I'm not saying that I cant handle commitment, I'm just saying I don't want to. I know plenty of people my age who have no problem with it but I do. I just feel like there are soo many fish in the sea and being committed at such a young age can hinder you from having fun and enjoying what else is out there. I feel like having a boyfriend/girlfriend is just another responsibility to add to the list. A relationship is time and energy consuming; the time and energy I put into a trivial relationship can be used for school. I enjoy being single because I can focus on me and doing me. I am  not in any rush to have a boyfriend. I want to be able to go on dates with whomever I please, whenever I please. I feel like I need to enjoy my youth lol.My sister once said to me that people shouldn't be in a serious relationship until they are like in their twenties. I frowned upon that idea when she first said it, but now I seriously believe that to be true. Unless you see a strong future with the person that you are with right now, then there's no point of wasting your time. You are missing out on the opportunity to take your time and find the right person. I'd say 22 is a good age to have a serious relationship. By then I will be done with college and on my way to law school. And by then I'd be grown and thinking about a potential spouse. But not right now, not in 2011 when I'm only 18 years young. That can be problematic lol. I really wonder if I'll ever find the person that I'm looking for. Nowadays I see a lot of imbalanced couples (pretty ladies/ugly guys or ugly ladies/pretty guys). I DO NOT want to settle for an ugly guy just because he has a pretty heart and personality. If he doesn't find me here in America, then hopefully he'll find me whenever I travel abroad. My problem is that I always like the guys who dont give me a time of day. I don't think I'll ever be the girl who falls for a guy who is persistent in trying to pursue me. It's really bad but its just like how I feel. I don't know if its embedded in my DNA but I am attracted to the douch bags. The guys that have plenty of females dieing for them. Unfortunately I like the guys who so many other girls want. Who wants a guy that nobody wants? lmao I know I sound silly but come on its true!

Go shorty!

Aint thinkin bout you

So its been awhile since Bow Wow put out a song, but he has come back with this banger featuring Chris Brown. Last time I heard a track from Mr. Wow he was reppin SO SO DEF, now he is a proud member of Young Money. HMM it's a bit of an odd match up,but hopefully this change brings about greatness for him.
I actually like this song, thank God Chris Brown is on it because I don't think it would be as good without him. But kudos to you Bow, and I hope your not regretting that you didn't get a "regular job" any more lol. A few months ago Bow Wow was tweeting some disturbing tweets about how he sacrificed so much to be an entertainer and how he wished he had just went to school and got a regular job smh. Well its never too late to go to school boo.

I love Models!

She looks horrible! It is very evident that she has had more work done and it looks HORRIBLE! She looks like a wannabe white Barbie doll. It's really sad :/

LALAKIMBE

Well this is my sister. She celebrated her 21 birthday and for the first time she got extensions. I think they look pretty good but shes complaining that they are too long. Her dress is from some boutique in Soho on Spring street. Her shoes are from non other than Steve Madden and her earrings are from Forever 21. Her friend Valerie came up with the name Lalakimbe because she looks like a mix between Lala Vasquez-Anthony,Kim Kardashian and Beyonce Knowles-Carter.
HOT STUFF!

I feel like he looks likes he can be her little brother and he looks extremely frail. Thats a hot mess couple! Rumor has it that he was with Natalie from Bad Girl's Club. Thats also a hot mess couple. She looks like she can be way taller than him, and she also looks like she can swallow him whole lmao. SMH!

Game on Trick

Please notice how Kelly Pitts is NOT in attendance!

Last night BET launched the new season of "The Game". Where do I begin with this one? I don't even know because there was ALOT going on. First and foremost I'd like to express how excited I am that this show is back in full affect. I was pretty depressed when it got cancelled and I always watched the reruns. Now that this show has been picked up by BET I cannot wait to see what this season has in store. When the cast visited the Wendy show on Monday (sans Kelly Pitts), I found out that the show would rehash starting from two years later rather than right where it left off. I didn't like that idea when I heard it, and I really didn't like  that idea when I saw the premiere last night. Perhaps if they had given an explanation of what has happened in the two years I would be more content...but they didn't. It's obvious that little DJ is now two years old, but other than that a little recap and explanation would have been amazing.
What happened to Stacy Dash aka Camille  who played Coby Bell aka Jason Pitts's girlfriend? What happened to Rick Fox who played Wendy Raquel Robinson's aka Tasha Mack's boyfriend? What happened to sweet little innocent Brittney who was the perfect child to play Jason and Kelly's daughter. Can somebody tell me whats going on? Last time I checked Camille and Jason were walking out of the court room together hand in hand, and Tasha and Rick were going to patch things up. Oh and last time I checked Brittney was at most ELEVEN, now she looks like shes SIXTEEN! This is PURE MADNESS!
Now onto the plot. Ok so I don't really agree with all the drama coming out in the first episode. They could have at least waited until the second or third episode for Melanie to swab Dj. Am I the only one who wants to know what Janae said to Derwin when he confronted her about Dj?  Melanie is NEVER goingt to tell Derwin that her lil white friend screwed up the test results. Am I the only one who thinks that Kelly Pitts and Jason are boring. There is nothing on and poppin about them anymore. Now if Stacy Dash was still on the show there would be something there, but I'm not feeling Kelly's lil reality tv show crap! I think Malik is HIGHLY fcked up for taking TT's lil girlfriend. Oh and sooner or later maybe by next episode, Malik and Meghan Good's fling will come to light. Who knows? All I know is that I'm ready for my questions to be answered.

L'Union Fait La Force

Today marks the one year anniversary since the terrible earth quake in Haiti. One year ago thousands of people lost their lives, homes and family members. People were without food, shelter and water for many days. One year and billions of dollars later, the conditions are still the same. There has been barely any change in the way that the victims are living. Unfortunately the money that has been raised has not been used effectively or at all. It's a sad truth that needs to be dealt with as soon as possible. Despite the resilience of Haitian people, they need all the help they can get. Don't forget that Haiti was the first Black country to gain it's independence. All we can do is hope and pray that this year will bring about some change in Haiti. We have a long way to go until the country is back on it's feet but every step counts.

Bienvenida a Punta Cana

So I'm back from my vacay in Dominican Republic and I'm really sad. I wish I could have stayed longer. Five days was not enough time. But it was long enough for me to gain weight, get a tan, and meet wonderful people. Upon our arrival we found out that we had to pay a "entrance to the country" fee which was ten dollars per person which means that my dad had to whip out fifty American dollars lol. Anyway we paid the fee and kept it moving. We found our driver from "Coco Tours" and we left the airport. The ride from the airport to the resort was only about thirty minutes. We were immediately greeted by the wonderful concierge at the Riu Palace Resort. We were also greeted by a lady who served us some pretty and tasty drinks. Mhmm "The welcome drink". After checking in we made our way to our room where we had a balcony which faced the garden and fountains. We didn't waste any time, we slipped on our summer dresses and bathing suits and hurried down to the beach. It was a tad bit too windy for swimming so we decided to get a bite to eat. To be honest, the food was NOT good.

NOT at all impressive, but I didn't complain...my sisters did. We spent the rest of the day checking out the resort and taking pictures. Later in the evening we had dinner in one of the restaurants which we would quickly become familiar with "Don Manuel". The waiters and waitress were so very nice and friendly. They pulled out your chairs for you to sit down, and they were always at your service. One in particular that I grew to love and will never forget was Joel. He was a young twenty year old waiter from Santo Domingo. He was extremely nice and not creepy like some of the other waiters. He always called me his "nubia" (girlfriend) and showed me off to his colleagues. My parents even liked  him because he was very polite and helpful. In the days that followed we spent our days at the beach soaking up as much sun as possible. I miss the "Scuba Caribe" men who constantly asked us if we wanted to participate in the water sports. I can hear them now saying in their accent "Para sailing, banana boat, speed boat" lol. On our third day we left the resort and went to the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino. OMG. It was amazing...much better than where we stayed. It was more modern and Americanized. My mom, sisters and I went to the spa and enjoyed a massage on the house. The spa was BEAUTIFUL, and the massage was AMAZING. The whole resort itself was GORGEOUS and HUGE! The food and ice cream was much better there than at Riu. Unfortunately they were lacking the livelihood that the staff at Riu had. At Riu there was entertainment at the beach and pool and a friendly staff. Unfortunately I didn't see much of that at the Hard Rock. Don't get me wrong, it's not like the people were mean, they were friendly also but at Riu it was much better. When the clock struck 11pm our time at the Hard Rock was over, it was back to Riu Palace. The next day we enjoyed the beach and pool and my sister and I watched as a couple got married on the beach.
The spa at the Hard Rock
I didn't like that they didn't go to a secluded part of the beach or at least request that where they got married be closed off but I guess they didn't mind the sworm of people watching and taking pictures lol. Watever it was beutiful and they looked happy anway. The rest of the days in DR went smoothly. We all enjoyed the fun in the sun but on Sunday it all came to an end. Unfortunately I woke up with a stomach ache and I threw up. I didnt get a chance to take one last stroll on the beach or say bye to some of the friendly staff. I did say bye to Joel though lol. He  gave me a Dominican Remedy to make me feel better and it worked...after I left the resort. I wish I could have stayed longer. Nevertheless it was an amazing time and I wouldnt trade it for the world. One day I will go back to DR.

THE END!

why? how?

Did you know Mike the Situation from MTV's The Jersey Shore made $10 million dollars this past year? I'm not understanding how..and why. That's way more money than doctors, engineers, and attorneys are making. This is ridiculous. I don't get it at all. I mean I know he was on dancing with the stars and he wrote a book, but did anyone actually buy it? This world is coming to an abrupt end...I'm pretty convinced.

And how is it that Pauly D and John legend are friends? Yesterday when I was catching up on my celebrity gossip on Theybf.com I came across a picture of John and Pauly celebrating John's birthday. I also noticed on the season premiere that all of the cast members besides Sammy and Deena have nice ass cars. I know Snookie and J wow were not riding in BMW's and Mercedes Benz prior to this season. SMH! JOKES I TELL YOU!

Hola!

I'm back from DR and its been a long time since I've posted. First and foremost I would like to say I had a great time, and I did not miss the cold weather of New York. It's time for me to snap back to reality. I felt like it was only a dream...one day I was there soaking up the sun and chilling in DR...and I feel like the next day I was back in JFK airport. :( It's pretty depressing. I met so many great people whom I will never see again in my life. I hate those kind of goodbyes. The ones that you know are goodbyes forever. But then again...there's always maybe. Anyway I'm back and I have a long time until I go back to school so hopefully I can post every day!
