As you know, Solange celebrated her 25th birthday last night. And you also know that I would be on the look out for what she wore to bring in the new year in Vegas. Well I must say that I've seen her look way better. I like the dress but I am not feeling the hair do with the dress.The shoes are also cute but I'm not completely sold on the entire outfit as an ensemble.
