Gas prices are still at an all time high, the national debt hasn't been recovered, and many Americans are still struggling. Nobody supposed that those issues would magically disappear once Osama died ,so why are people so excited? His death is simply a beginning to a horrible end.
Osama Bin Laden is dead, it's a fact. Whether or not we see pictures, I am confident in the truth that President Obama told us on Sunday night. The decision by the White House cabinet to not release photos was very wise and intelligent. Releasing pictures will only perpetuate the propaganda and hoopla against Al Qaeda. Even though pictures have inevitably surfaced the world wide web, it is better that they leaked through some anonymouss source than through the White House cabinet. To perpetuate anger of Osama Bin Laden's minions would be unwise and to believe that the death of Osama is an ending to all heartache, pain and grief, would also be unwise. The death of Osama Bin Laden is only the beginning to a whirlwind of issues. Moreover, Osama knew his demise would come which would suppose that he has trained plenty members of Al Qaeda to follow in his foot steps and to make sure his "legacy" lives on. The uproars and cheers that followed the announcement of Bin Laden's death were foolish. The momentary joy that lobbyists and opposers felt will be short lived once Al Qaeda implements their plan of attack. They are quiet now because people assume that the noise will immediately ensue. But Al Qaeda is smarter than that. Just like their attack on 9/11 was unexpected, their newest retaliation will also be unexpected. If I see one more face book status or News Paper headline about Bin Laden's death I might scream. It's over and done with until any attacks by Al Qaeda begin. If America continues to broad cast and boast about the death of their leader, they will be triggered to perform horrible acts of terrorism.
Fellow Americans, get a firm grip and gain some control, we are all in for a bumpy ride.
